1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.bestbagever.com ("the Website") and any purchases made through it. The Website is operated by Veronica Amarante, registered in Brazil, with registered address in Brazil.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

 

3. Our Products

We sell travel accessories including luggage, bags, and related products through a dropshipping model, meaning orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by our third-party suppliers. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability.

 

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we identify an error in the price or description.

 

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in **GBP (£)** and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via  credit card.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

 

6. Delivery

Our products are dispatched directly by our suppliers. We aim to deliver within 60 business days of order confirmation, though delivery times may vary depending on supplier location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If your order does not arrive within 60 days of the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund. 

 

7. Your Right to Cancel 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel, notify us in writing (email is sufficient) at supportbestbagever.com before the 14-day period expires.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage, whichever is earlier).

 

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty or not as described, you can contact us at supportbestbagever.com within 30 days of delivery so you are entitled to a full refund.

To report a faulty item, contact us at support@bestbagever.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

 

9. Exclusions from Returns

The right to cancel does not apply to:

- Items that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications
- Sealed items that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (where applicable)

10. Our Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses (we sell to consumers only).

 

11. Your Personal Data

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and in compliance with the GDPR and LGPD. We use your data only to process your order, manage your account, and communicate with you about your purchases.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curitiba-PR. Brazil.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
